Sheet Fastener
The sheet fastener is YKK’s modern take on the traditional J-Retainer. This advanced
fastener, composed of two interlocking plastic parts, is designed to simplify the seat
close-out process.
Typically seen at the bottom of a seat, J-Retainers connect the front surface of a trim cover
to the back, playing a crucial role in furniture design. The sheet fastener enhances this
concept with its unique, user-friendly design.
With entirely concealed sewing lines and fastening materials, it results in a sleek,
professional finish. The inner component is inserted into the outer component, holding its
position, and can be adjusted before being rotated and automatically pushed in.
